【摘要】： 明清是中國古代漕運制度發(fā)展的成熟鼎盛時期,漕運的繁榮發(fā)展催生了沿岸城鎮(zhèn)的興起,而漕運的衰落也造成了沿岸城鎮(zhèn)的蕭條衰落。本文的研究對象淮安城市,正是伴隨著漕運的興衰而發(fā)展與衰落的。 漕運的影響滲入到淮安城市發(fā)展的方方面面。明代漕運伊始,江淮之間便開始了為疏通運道的水利工程,這樣的大大小小的治河工程陸陸續(xù)續(xù)地貫穿著明清兩代。運道的變遷對淮安的城市格局產生了深遠的影響。 漕運的發(fā)展給淮安經濟帶來了空前繁榮,促進了淮安當地和外來人口的增長,一時淮安成為全國經濟重鎮(zhèn)、南北樞紐。淮關也一度成為僅次于蘇州滸墅關的國家重要財政收入的內陸關口。然而淮安發(fā)展的動力主要是漕運,因此當清朝中晚期試行海運以后,淮安也就像其他運河城市那樣無可例外地衰落了。 漕運在其鼎盛時期固然給淮安帶來了經濟上的活力,可是身處淮安社會下層的人民生活卻也是很悲慘的。本文通過對漕運涉及到的漕軍、水手等生活狀態(tài)的描述來進一步闡釋漕運衰敗的原因。另外,漕運和環(huán)境造就了當地特有的民風民俗,筆者也想借此來探究漕運給淮安社會帶了的多方位的影響。
[Abstract]:The Ming and Qing dynasties were the mature and prosperous period of the development of the water transport system in ancient China. The prosperity of the water transport gave birth to the rise of coastal towns. The decline of water transportation also causes the decline of coastal towns. The research object of this paper is Huaian city, which is developing and declining with the rise and fall of water transport. The influence of water transportation seeped into all aspects of the development of Huaian city. At the beginning of water transportation in Ming Dynasty, the water conservancy project between Jianghuai River and Huaihe River began to be dredged. The river control projects, large and small, continued through the Ming and Qing dynasties. The changes of Yundao had a profound impact on the urban pattern of Huai'an. The development of water transportation brought unprecedented prosperity to Huaian economy and promoted the growth of local and foreign population in Huai'an. Huai Guan also became the inland gateway of the important national financial revenue after Suzhou Hu Shu Guan. However, the development of Huai'an was mainly driven by water transportation, so after the trial shipping in the middle and late Qing Dynasty. Huai'an, like other canal cities, has declined without exception. Caoyun brought economic vitality to Huaian in its heyday, but the people living in the lower level of Huaian society were also very miserable. This article through the Caojun involved in Caoyun. The description of life conditions such as sailors to further explain the reasons for the decline of water transport. In addition, the water transport and the environment created the local folk custom. The author also wants to explore the influence of Caoyun on Huaian society.
