隨著我國對(duì)外開放的深入以及對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流的日益頻繁,各類外宣資料已經(jīng)成為對(duì)外宣傳中國、在國際舞臺(tái)中展示中國并讓世界各國人民了解中國的重要渠道和極具影響力的方式。漢譯英工作是外宣的媒介和橋梁,其重要性是不言而喻的,它的外宣翻譯的目的在于向國外讀者客觀真實(shí)地介紹中國,以便實(shí)現(xiàn)國際交流、加強(qiáng)合作。本文從德國功能翻譯論角度出發(fā),以王義桅的書——《“一帶一路”機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)》為例,探討在功能翻譯論指導(dǎo)下外宣翻譯的策略。筆者將目的文本和目的語文化作為寫作導(dǎo)向,并且結(jié)合了以功能派翻譯理論為指導(dǎo)的翻譯策略:增譯法、減譯法、重構(gòu)法和改寫法,分析了節(jié)選自王義桅的——《“一帶一路”機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)》英譯文本。本翻譯報(bào)告希望能夠通過闡釋功能翻譯理論對(duì)我國外宣翻譯的重要指導(dǎo)作用,使得譯者能更好地掌控翻譯原則與翻譯方法,提高我國的外宣翻譯質(zhì)量,從而促進(jìn)中國與世界各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化及政治交流,實(shí)現(xiàn)各國國際化發(fā)展。
