全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)社會(huì)效益形成機(jī)理及效益測(cè)算——基于壓力—狀態(tài)—響應(yīng)模型

【摘要】:在對(duì)全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)影響社會(huì)效益的機(jī)理進(jìn)行理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,基于壓力—狀態(tài)—響應(yīng)模型構(gòu)建了社會(huì)效益的評(píng)價(jià)體系,利用我國(guó)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)評(píng)了能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)通過(guò)清潔替代、電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化和電能替代三個(gè)渠道對(duì)社會(huì)效益的影響。結(jié)果表明,全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)將會(huì)產(chǎn)生巨大的節(jié)能效益、環(huán)境效益、能源安全效益和產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)效益。我國(guó)應(yīng)結(jié)合"一帶一路"建設(shè),加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輸出,推動(dòng)全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of global energy Internet affecting social benefits, the evaluation system of social benefits is constructed based on the pressure-state-response model. Based on the data of smart grid construction in China, the influence of clean substitution, power network optimization and electric energy substitution on the social benefit of energy Internet construction is evaluated. The results show that the construction of global energy Internet will produce enormous energy conservation, environmental benefits, energy security benefits and industrial employment benefits. China should speed up technological innovation and standard export, and promote the development of global energy Internet, in combination with the construction of "Belt and Road".
