集裝箱中心站“軌道門吊-集卡-正面吊”方案的作業(yè)調(diào)度優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:China's railway container transportation is in a vigorous stage of development. The strategic concept of "Belt and Road" brings new opportunities and challenges to the international container transport business. As an important node in the transportation network, the rational scheduling of the internal operational resources of the railway container central station plays an important role in improving the operation efficiency of the central station and ensuring the service level of the whole transportation network. In this context, the optimization research on the dispatching process of railway container central station rail gantry crane, collecting card and front crane equipment is carried out in this paper. The main research contents are as follows: (1) in order to clear the research goal, the function layout and operation flow of container central station are introduced, and the resource allocation of container central station is analyzed. Furthermore, it is determined that the main research object of this paper is the project of "track gantry crane-collecting card-front crane"; In view of the research scheme of this paper, this paper analyzes the links to be optimized in the process of operation, and clarifies the research scope of this paper, that is, three kinds of working equipment around the track door crane, the collecting card and the front crane. The order of operation and the connection between equipments are optimized. (2) in view of the loading and unloading process scheme of "track door hoisting, collecting card and front crane", the difference between the independent loading and unloading operation mode and the mixed loading and unloading operation mode is analyzed at first. Furthermore, it is clear that the research content of this paper is the mixed loading and unloading mode which is more complicated in the operation process. On this basis, taking the operation time interval in the container operation process, the relationship between the operations and the operating equipment as constraints, the scheduling model of "track door hoisting, collecting card and front crane" is established, and the scheduling model is studied under the condition of certain number of equipments. How to minimize the completion time of container loading and unloading task reasonably. (3) the genetic algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the above model, and the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified by a practical example. An example is given to solve the optimized job completion time and the usage scheme of the equipment. In order to further verify the optimization effect, the completion time of the operation in the independent loading and unloading mode is solved with reference to the previous research under the condition of constant task quantity, and the results of the operation time under the two modes are compared. The conclusion that the completion time of the mixed loading and unloading mode is better is obtained, and the validity of the model and the algorithm is further proved.
