【摘要】：正當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于新舊增長動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換,經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力,貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義、去全球化思潮抬頭的關(guān)鍵階段,面對(duì)世界形勢(shì)更加復(fù)雜多變,國際格局加速調(diào)整的局面,如何根據(jù)中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議和全國商務(wù)工作會(huì)議精神要求,正確認(rèn)識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下商務(wù)領(lǐng)域正在發(fā)生的深刻變化,準(zhǔn)確研判國際國內(nèi)形勢(shì),堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)工作總基調(diào),以供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為主線,將"一帶一路"建設(shè)作為新時(shí)期對(duì)外開放和經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的頂層設(shè)計(jì),加強(qiáng)預(yù)期引導(dǎo),深化創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng),進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開放,全力做好商務(wù)領(lǐng)域穩(wěn)增長、促改革、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、惠民生、防風(fēng)險(xiǎn)工作,保持國內(nèi)外貿(mào)易和國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展成為當(dāng)前的中心問題。為此,中國國際貿(mào)易學(xué)會(huì)決定舉辦以
