【摘要】：改革開放近40年的發(fā)展見證了粵港澳經(jīng)濟(jì)合作舉世矚目的成就�；浉郯娜氐慕�(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系由早期單一的"前店后廠"跨地域分工模式向"廠店結(jié)合"等多種模式并舉演變,實(shí)現(xiàn)了地域范圍的延展與合作內(nèi)涵的豐富。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后,香港經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的同時面臨廣東省服務(wù)業(yè)崛起的挑戰(zhàn),粵港澳三地通過基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的對接與優(yōu)化不斷爭奪腹地,以突破土地資源的束縛實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展空間的拓展;"一帶一路"與"人民幣國際化"戰(zhàn)略背景之下,金融業(yè)合作可能成為粵港澳經(jīng)濟(jì)合作第三階段的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變的同時,粵港澳的空間格局亦由"小集聚、大分散"逐步轉(zhuǎn)向"小分散、大集聚"。分析粵港澳未來經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的走向,認(rèn)為粵港澳區(qū)域合作將從分散發(fā)展走向邊界突破,從宜居灣區(qū)走向世界級灣區(qū),從中心—腹地走向樞紐—網(wǎng)絡(luò),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變的空間回應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The development of reform and opening up in the past 40 years witnessed the achievements of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao economic cooperation. The economic relations of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao have evolved from the early single cross-regional division of labor model of "former shop after factory" to "combination of factory and shop", which has realized the extension of regional scope and the rich connotation of cooperation. After entering the 21st century, Hong Kong is faced with the challenge of the rising of service industry in Guangdong province while the economic transformation of Hong Kong, Guangdong and Hong Kong is facing the challenge of the rise of service industry in Guangdong Province. Against the background of "Belt and Road" and "RMB internationalization", financial cooperation may become the focus of the third stage of economic cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. At the same time, the spatial pattern of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao changed from "small agglomeration, large dispersion" to "small dispersion, big agglomeration". This paper analyzes the trend of the future economic relations between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and points out that the regional cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao will move from decentralized development to border breakthrough, from livable Bay to world-class Bay, from center to hinterland to hub and network. Finally, the spatial response to the change of economic relations is realized.
