【摘要】：目的:為我國中醫(yī)藥院校國際化創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)提供參考。方法:通過文獻調(diào)研和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析"一帶一路"背景下我國中醫(yī)藥院校人才培養(yǎng)的機遇和現(xiàn)狀,提出相應的研究思路和完善對策。結果與結論:"一帶一路"倡議的實施急需大量中醫(yī)藥國際化創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才,這也為中醫(yī)藥的發(fā)展提供了新機遇;但是目前我國中醫(yī)藥學科建設及人才培養(yǎng)不能滿足中醫(yī)藥國際化的需求,國際化創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才的短缺已成為中醫(yī)藥走出國門的桎梏。教育部門、中醫(yī)藥行業(yè)與中醫(yī)藥院�？梢灾嗅t(yī)藥行業(yè)、國情、人才為立足點轉變教育理念;通過整合創(chuàng)新課程體系、形成更加開放包容的教學模式來完善教育體系;通過拓展國際化創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)平臺、擴大產(chǎn)、學、研協(xié)同的國際交流方式與合作規(guī)模建立全球合作機制;同時,各組織做好頂層設計、形成優(yōu)勢互補,共同推動中醫(yī)藥國際化創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)的實踐,以此構建"整合、創(chuàng)新、協(xié)同、開放"的中醫(yī)藥國際化創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)模式,為我國培養(yǎng)出更多的中醫(yī)藥國際化創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the training of internationalized entrepreneurial talents in Chinese traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Methods: through literature investigation and data mining, this paper analyzes the opportunity and present situation of talent training in Chinese traditional Chinese medicine colleges under the background of "Belt and Road", and puts forward corresponding research ideas and perfect countermeasures. Results & conclusion: the implementation of Belt and Road's initiative is in urgent need of a large number of internationalized entrepreneurial talents of Chinese medicine, which also provides a new opportunity for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. However, at present, Chinese medicine discipline construction and talent training can not meet the needs of the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine, the shortage of internationalized entrepreneurial talents has become the shackles of Chinese medicine to go abroad. The education department, the Chinese medicine profession and the traditional Chinese medicine university may change the education idea from the Chinese medicine profession, the national condition, the talented person as the foothold, through the conformity innovation curriculum system, forms the more open and inclusive teaching pattern to consummate the education system; Through the expansion of international entrepreneurial talent training platform, expand the production, learning, research cooperation of international exchanges and cooperation scale to establish a global cooperation mechanism; At the same time, the organizations should do a good job of top-level design, form complementary advantages, and jointly promote the practice of training Chinese medicine internationalized entrepreneurial talents, so as to set up a "integration, innovation, cooperation and opening" mode of training Chinese medicine internationalized entrepreneurial talents. For our country to cultivate more international Chinese medicine entrepreneurial talent.
