【摘要】：中國自貿(mào)區(qū)與"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略具有相近的背景和功能價值,同為新時期改革開放戰(zhàn)略的重要組成,中國自貿(mào)區(qū)作為戰(zhàn)略支點服務支撐"一帶一路"建設",一帶一路"作為宏觀戰(zhàn)略將各地自貿(mào)區(qū)串聯(lián)一體,帶動了中國自貿(mào)區(qū)整體前進發(fā)展。中國自貿(mào)區(qū)與"一帶一路"均以市場開放、貿(mào)易便利、投資自由為目標,地緣與制度是兩大戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)成的核心要素,彼此間可在人文交流、經(jīng)濟合作、制度引鑒、地理交通等多個方面進行探索對接。為保障戰(zhàn)略對接的實施,未來一段時期內(nèi)我國還需盡快設立專業(yè)的國家戰(zhàn)略協(xié)調(diào)機構(gòu),完善創(chuàng)新容錯機制以加快自貿(mào)區(qū)制度創(chuàng)新復制推廣及紅利共享,并要加強與"一帶一路"沿線各國間的金融合作,為國家戰(zhàn)略建設和對接提供更為可靠的資金支持。
[Abstract]:China's free trade zone and the "Belt and Road" strategy have similar background and functional value, and are important components of the strategy of reform and opening up in the new period. As a strategic fulcrum, China's free trade zone supports the construction of "Belt and Road", and Belt and Road ", as a macro strategy, links up all the free trade zones, and drives the overall development of China's free trade zones." China's free trade zone and "Belt and Road" both aim at opening up the market, facilitating trade and freedom of investment. Geography and institutions are the core elements of the two major strategic components. They can be used as a guide for people-to-people exchanges, economic cooperation, and institutions. Geographical transportation and other aspects of exploration and docking. In order to ensure the implementation of strategic docking, China should set up professional national strategic coordination organization as soon as possible in the future, perfect the fault-tolerant mechanism of innovation to accelerate the replication of system innovation and the sharing of dividends in FTAs. It is necessary to strengthen financial cooperation with countries along Belt and Road to provide more reliable financial support for national strategic construction and docking.
