【摘要】：福建與非洲在歷史上的往來可以追溯到"海上絲綢之路"的發(fā)端,在"一帶一路"倡議背景下強化福建與非洲的經貿合作是其歷史延續(xù)。但是,由于非洲經濟發(fā)展相對滯后、營商環(huán)境有待改善等問題的存在,福建拓展非洲經貿關系也面臨諸多風險與挑戰(zhàn)。福建在拓展非洲市場時應抓住重點國別和市場,以投資和產能合作為重點培育市場,強化人文交流合作,促進民心相通,加強基礎設施領域的投資合作,促進互聯互通。
[Abstract]:The historical exchanges between Fujian and Africa can be traced back to the beginning of the "Maritime Silk Road", and strengthening the economic and trade cooperation between Fujian and Africa under the background of "Belt and Road" is a historical continuation. However, due to the relative lag of economic development in Africa and the existence of problems such as the need to improve the business environment, Fujian faces many risks and challenges in developing economic and trade relations in Africa. In developing the African market, Fujian should pay attention to key countries and markets, cultivate markets with emphasis on investment and capacity cooperation, strengthen people-to-people exchanges and cooperation, promote mutual understanding of the people, strengthen investment cooperation in infrastructure, and promote connectivity.
