【摘要】：推動(dòng)中國(guó)與"一帶一路"沿線自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè),對(duì)新時(shí)代中國(guó)加快實(shí)施自貿(mào)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略和構(gòu)建人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,但其也面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距過(guò)大、設(shè)施聯(lián)通建設(shè)落后、貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)單一、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力不足等諸多經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的制約因素。推動(dòng)中國(guó)與"一帶一路"沿線自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)的基本策略與路徑包括:一是構(gòu)建沿線新經(jīng)濟(jì)循環(huán),促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)共同發(fā)展;二是推進(jìn)設(shè)施聯(lián)通建設(shè),夯實(shí)自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)硬件基礎(chǔ);三是發(fā)揮貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)效應(yīng),促進(jìn)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)共同升級(jí);四是提升沿線企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力,打造區(qū)域創(chuàng)新共同體。
[Abstract]:It is of great practical significance for China to promote the construction of free trade zones along the route of "Belt and Road" in the new era for China to speed up the implementation of the strategy of free trade zones and to build a human destiny community, but it also faces an excessive gap in economic development and backward construction of facilities connectivity. The trade structure is single, the enterprise innovation ability is insufficient and so on many economic aspect restriction factor. The basic strategies and paths to promote the construction of free trade zones along the route of "Belt and Road" include: first, to construct the new economic cycle along the route to promote the common development of regional economy; second, to promote the construction of facilities connectivity and consolidate the hardware foundation of the construction of free trade zones; Third, give full play to the upgrading effect of trade industry, promote the common upgrading of regional industrial structure; fourth, promote the innovation ability of enterprises along the line, and create regional innovation community.
