【摘要】：江蘇作為"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的交匯點(diǎn),有必要探究其各地區(qū)外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能力.馬氏距離具備消除指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)性且不受量綱影響,代替TOPSIS中的歐氏距離,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度來(lái)判斷指標(biāo)的關(guān)聯(lián)性,建立基于馬氏距離、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度的TOPSIS外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能力評(píng)價(jià)模型.以江蘇13個(gè)地級(jí)城市為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究.研究表明,外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能力評(píng)價(jià)模型有助于綜合判斷各城市外向經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展能力,發(fā)現(xiàn)短板并加以整改,促進(jìn)"一帶一路"建設(shè).
[Abstract]:As the intersection of "Belt and Road" strategy, it is necessary for Jiangsu to explore the development ability of export-oriented economy in various regions. Mahalanobis distance can eliminate the correlation between indicators and is not affected by dimensionality. Instead of Euclidean distance in TOPSIS, grey correlation degree is used to judge the correlation of indicators. The evaluation model of TOPSIS export-oriented economic development ability based on grey correlation degree. Taking 13 prefectural cities in Jiangsu as the research object, the empirical research is carried out. The research shows that the evaluation model of export-oriented economic development ability is helpful to comprehensively judge the outward economic development ability of each city, find the short board and correct it, and promote the construction of "Belt and Road".
