促進(jìn)“民心相通”:中小學(xué)國(guó)際理解教育的使命與愿景

【摘要】:中國(guó)自20世紀(jì)90年代開始進(jìn)行國(guó)際理解教育的先導(dǎo)性探索,并逐漸將其上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。在推進(jìn)"一帶一路"重大倡議的大背景下,中小學(xué)校推進(jìn)國(guó)際理解教育,要進(jìn)行多方探索和開拓,如構(gòu)建國(guó)際理解核心素養(yǎng)目標(biāo)體系、優(yōu)化國(guó)際理解教育內(nèi)容體系、培養(yǎng)具有國(guó)際視野的"引路人"、加強(qiáng)人文交流機(jī)制建設(shè)、建立國(guó)際理解教育學(xué)術(shù)組織等,以促進(jìn)民心相通和文化理解。
[Abstract]:China began to explore international understanding education in 1990's, and gradually promoted it to national strategy. In the context of promoting the major initiatives of "Belt and Road", primary and secondary schools should explore and develop international understanding education in many ways, such as constructing the target system of core literacy of international understanding and optimizing the content system of international understanding education. In order to promote mutual understanding and cultural understanding, it is necessary to cultivate a "guide" with international vision, strengthen the construction of humanistic exchange mechanism, and establish an international understanding education academic organization.
