【摘要】：新一輪的信息技術(shù)革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命推動(dòng)了全球價(jià)值鏈的重構(gòu),改變了全球比較優(yōu)勢(shì)局勢(shì)。當(dāng)前,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)性問題凸顯,發(fā)達(dá)國家構(gòu)建高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)雙邊和區(qū)域貿(mào)易協(xié)定的同時(shí)也推動(dòng)了新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體之間的區(qū)域合作,區(qū)域貿(mào)易合作的興起加速了全球價(jià)值鏈的分解。全球價(jià)值鏈的重構(gòu)既對(duì)我國價(jià)值鏈攀升提出挑戰(zhàn)又帶來了發(fā)展機(jī)遇。為突破價(jià)值鏈"低端鎖定"和實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值鏈攀升,我國必須在供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革指導(dǎo)下,以"一帶一路"建設(shè)為發(fā)展機(jī)遇,實(shí)施創(chuàng)新發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,升級(jí)我國企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈,培育核心競爭力,引領(lǐng)區(qū)域價(jià)值鏈彰顯中國大國影響力,推動(dòng)全球價(jià)值鏈的融合和創(chuàng)新并促進(jìn)我國在全球價(jià)值鏈上的深度嵌入和攀升。
[Abstract]:The new round of information technology revolution and industrial revolution have promoted the reconstruction of global value chain and changed the situation of global comparative advantage. At present, the structural problems of the global economy highlight that the construction of high standard bilateral and regional trade agreements in developed countries also promotes regional cooperation among emerging economies. The rise of regional trade cooperation accelerates the decomposition of global value chains. The reconstruction of global value chain not only challenges China's value chain climb, but also brings development opportunity. In order to break through the "low end locking" of the value chain and realize the value chain climbing, under the guidance of supply-side structural reform, we must take the "Belt and Road" construction as the development opportunity, implement the innovative development strategy, and upgrade the value chain of our country's enterprises. To cultivate the core competence, to lead the regional value chain to highlight the influence of China, to promote the integration and innovation of the global value chain and to promote our country's deep embedding and climbing in the global value chain.
