【摘要】：正中國內(nèi)部和外部都存在明顯的空間梯度發(fā)展差異,并由此在亞洲形成了包括中國東、中、西部在內(nèi)的拓展版"雁陣模型",這客觀上要求中國應(yīng)該實(shí)施更均衡、更全面的國內(nèi)開發(fā)政策和對外開放戰(zhàn)略,"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略因此應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,它是促進(jìn)中國內(nèi)外部開放再平衡的重要載體。加快推進(jìn)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略既能對外拓展中國自己的規(guī)則圈,又能與國內(nèi)正在實(shí)施的中西部區(qū)域開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略相
[Abstract]:There are obvious differences in the spatial gradient development within and outside China, and as a result, an expanded version of the "Goose Array Model" has been formed in Asia, including East, Middle, and West China. This objectively requires China to implement a more balanced approach. With more comprehensive domestic development policy and opening up strategy, "Belt and Road" strategy emerges as the times require, and it is an important carrier to promote China's internal and external open rebalancing. Speeding up the "Belt and Road" Strategy can not only expand China's own regulatory circle, but also be in line with the central and western regional development strategy being implemented in China.
