【摘要】：隨著"一帶一路"建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),沿線國家安全信息的搜集與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警已成為重要議題,運(yùn)用新的研究工具和研究方法對相關(guān)國家政治安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行有效解析具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。上海國際問題研究院積極推進(jìn)"一帶一路"政治安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè),綜合利用人工編撰與機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)的方法搜集資料,細(xì)化分析單位,運(yùn)用地理信息系統(tǒng)等工具進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)展示。該數(shù)據(jù)庫能夠有效展示相關(guān)國家的總體安全狀況,以可視化方式展示沖突事件的空間分布特征,并以網(wǎng)絡(luò)化方式展示沖突事件本質(zhì)等,不僅能為"一帶一路"倡議的推進(jìn)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,而且還可以為安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究的方法創(chuàng)新提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of " One Belt and One Road " construction , the collection and risk early warning of national security information along the line has become an important topic . It is of great practical significance to use new research tools and research methods to effectively resolve the risks of political security in the relevant countries . The database can effectively display the overall security situation of the country concerned , use the tools of manual compilation and machine learning to display the data , and display the essence of the conflict in a networked way . It can not only provide data support for the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative , but also provide a useful reference for the method innovation of the safety risk research .
