【摘要】："一帶一路"建設(shè)是個(gè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的工程,我們要打造"一帶一路"相關(guān)國(guó)家協(xié)調(diào)治理機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家、國(guó)際金融機(jī)構(gòu)合作;推動(dòng)教育交流合作,增進(jìn)人員便利往來(lái),大力發(fā)展旅游業(yè);建設(shè)數(shù)字"一帶一路",大力發(fā)展跨境電商;深入研究相關(guān)國(guó)家法律,有效解決合作中的分歧,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)合作共贏。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" is a complex and systematic project. We need to create a coordinated governance mechanism for the "Belt and Road" countries, strengthen cooperation with developed countries and international financial institutions, promote educational exchanges and cooperation, and facilitate the exchange of personnel. Develop tourism vigorously; construct digital "Belt and Road"; vigorously develop cross-border e-commerce; deeply study relevant national laws, effectively resolve differences in cooperation, and finally achieve win-win cooperation.
