【摘要】：我國"一帶一路"海外投資既是影響國際金融市場的關(guān)鍵變量又受到國際金融市場的約束,面臨著系統(tǒng)性與非系統(tǒng)性的"敵意風(fēng)險(xiǎn)",需要政府部門和海外投資企業(yè)共同應(yīng)對(duì)。企業(yè)之間的惡意競爭是導(dǎo)致中國"一帶一路"海外投資"敵意風(fēng)險(xiǎn)"產(chǎn)生的主要原因,需要與沿路各國特別是投資東道國共同推進(jìn)區(qū)域性與全球性的"敵意風(fēng)險(xiǎn)"治理機(jī)制構(gòu)建�；I建絲綢之路貿(mào)易與投資合作組織(SRCOTI)、推進(jìn)"一帶一路"自由貿(mào)易區(qū)(BRFTA)建設(shè),能夠?yàn)槲覈?一帶一路"海外投資和化解"敵意風(fēng)險(xiǎn)"創(chuàng)造良好的市場條件和制度環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:China's "Belt and Road" overseas investment is not only a key variable affecting the international financial market, but also constrained by the international financial market. It faces systemic and non-systematic "hostile risks", which requires both government departments and overseas investment enterprises to deal with it. Malicious competition among enterprises is the main reason for the "hostile risk" of China's "Belt and Road" overseas investment. It is necessary to promote the construction of regional and global "hostile risk" governance mechanism with countries along the road, especially investment host countries. The preparation of the Silk Road Trade and Investment Cooperation Organization (SRCOTI) and the construction of the "Belt and Road" Free Trade area can create good market conditions and institutional environment for the overseas investment of China's "Belt and Road" and the resolution of "hostile risks".
