【摘要】：在我國(guó)大力倡導(dǎo)"一帶一路",推動(dòng)全球?qū)ν饨?jīng)貿(mào)合作深入發(fā)展的今天,建立"中蒙俄經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊",充分發(fā)揮中俄蒙三國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性,挖掘三國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易潛力和合作空間,對(duì)三國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展均有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義�；诖搜芯勘尘�,本文利用2002~2015年中俄對(duì)外貿(mào)易面板數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)引力模型分析了中蒙俄三國(guó)的貿(mào)易潛力。結(jié)果表明,近幾年中俄兩國(guó)之間的實(shí)際貿(mào)易額呈下降趨勢(shì),貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)潛力較大;中蒙兩國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易雖呈現(xiàn)"貿(mào)易過(guò)度"的狀態(tài),但貿(mào)易額波動(dòng)較大,且貿(mào)易總量較小。最后,從加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),增強(qiáng)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化交流以及完善邊貿(mào)管理體制等3個(gè)方面對(duì)建立"中蒙俄經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊"提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:At a time when China has vigorously advocated "Belt and Road" and promoted the in-depth development of global economic and trade cooperation with foreign countries, it has established the "China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor" to give full play to the economic complementarity between China, Russia and Mongolia, and to tap the trade potential and space for cooperation between the three countries. It is of great strategic significance to the economic development of the three countries. Based on this background, this paper analyzes the trade potential of China, Mongolia and Russia by using the panel data of Sino-Russian foreign trade from 2002 to 2015. The results show that the actual trade volume between China and Russia is decreasing in recent years, and the trade growth potential is great, while the trade between China and Mongolia is in the state of "excessive trade", but the trade volume fluctuates greatly and the total volume of trade is small. Finally, some policy suggestions on the establishment of China-Mongolia and Russia-China Economic Corridor are put forward from three aspects: strengthening infrastructure construction, strengthening political, economic and cultural exchanges and perfecting the management system of border trade.
