【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟社會持續(xù)進步的今天,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展面臨著諸多需要解決的問題。尤其是"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略下,中國企業(yè)"走出去"步伐加快,因不同地域文化沖突而導致的企業(yè)管理問題成為當前亟需解決的難題。我國跨國企業(yè)需要借助跨文化管理讓多樣文化得以共存,從而構建包容和開放的企業(yè)內外部環(huán)境,促進文化融合與社會和諧發(fā)展,降低管理危機發(fā)生的可能性。鑒于此,《河南社會科學》以已有研究為基礎,組織"中國企業(yè)海外管理研究"系列,分析我國跨國企業(yè)在海外投資中面臨的管理問題。本期研究以"中國企業(yè)海外文化沖突問題"為研究核心,主要分析了企業(yè)跨文化管理的內涵與文化差異的根源,討論了文化沖突的維度及產(chǎn)生的影響,給出了文化差異背景下企業(yè)跨文化管理的融合策略與步驟。對我國跨國企業(yè)來說,應確立跨文化管理理念,重視多元文化并存發(fā)展,借助跨文化管理方法去防范與解決因文化沖突而引發(fā)的危機。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of economy and society, the survival and development of modern enterprises are faced with many problems that need to be solved. Especially under the strategy of "Belt and Road", the pace of Chinese enterprises "going out" is quickening, and the problems of enterprise management caused by the conflict of different regional cultures have become a difficult problem that needs to be solved at present. China's multinational enterprises need to use cross-cultural management to make diverse cultures coexist so as to build an inclusive and open internal and external environment to promote cultural integration and harmonious development of society and reduce the possibility of management crisis. In view of this, Henan Social Science, based on the existing research, organized a series of "overseas Management Research of Chinese Enterprises" to analyze the management problems faced by Chinese multinational enterprises in overseas investment. The present study focuses on "the problem of overseas Culture conflict of Chinese Enterprises". It mainly analyzes the connotation of cross-cultural management of enterprises and the root of cultural differences, and discusses the dimensions of cultural conflict and its impact. The strategy and steps of cross-cultural management under the background of cultural difference are given. For the multinational enterprises of our country, we should establish the concept of cross-cultural management, attach importance to the coexistence and development of multiculturalism, and use the method of cross-cultural management to prevent and solve the crisis caused by the cultural conflict.
