【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用越來越被重視,基于此,文章運(yùn)用2003~2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),實證考察了東道國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人任期對中國在"一帶一路"沿線直接投資的影響作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),"一帶一路"沿線東道國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人任期與中國對外直接投資存在顯著的二次倒U型關(guān)系。但進(jìn)一步的研究則發(fā)現(xiàn),東道國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人任期對中國對外直接投資的影響會因東道國政治體制和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對華態(tài)度的不同而存在明顯差異,只有威權(quán)型東道國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人任期才存在顯著倒U型影響,而民主型東道國或?qū)θA態(tài)度友好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人任期均只存在顯著的一次線性積極影響,排華領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人任期則只存在顯著的一次線性消極影響。因此,中國企業(yè)開展海外直接投資必須重視東道國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的任期變化,并根據(jù)東道國政治體制和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對華態(tài)度,有針對性地采取相應(yīng)策略。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the role of leaders in the development of national economy. Based on this, using panel data from 2003 to 2014, this paper empirically examines the influence of the term of the leader of the host country on China's direct investment along "Belt and Road". It is found that there is a significant relationship between the term of the host country leader along "Belt and Road" and China's foreign direct investment (OFDI). However, further studies have found that the influence of the term of office of the host country on China's foreign direct investment will be significantly different from the political system of the host country and the attitude of the leaders towards China. Only the leader tenure of the authoritarian host country has significant inverted U type influence, while the democratic host country or the leader with friendly attitude towards China has only one significant linear positive influence on the tenure of the leader. The leadership term of China exclusion has only one significant negative linear effect. Therefore, Chinese enterprises should pay attention to the change of the term of the host country leaders and adopt corresponding strategies according to the political system of the host country and the attitude of the leaders towards China.
