【摘要】：東南亞是"一帶一路"建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)地區(qū)和優(yōu)先方向,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展是中國與東南亞合作的主要目標(biāo)。在中國與東盟國家共同努力下,"一帶一路"建設(shè)取得諸多積極成果。東南亞政治社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好,各國政府愿意將本國發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與"一帶一路"建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)有效對(duì)接。特朗普?qǐng)?zhí)政后,美國內(nèi)外政策有所調(diào)整與變化,為"一帶一路"倡議下中國東盟合作升級(jí)提供了相對(duì)良好的外部環(huán)境和難得的歷史機(jī)遇。"一帶一路"建設(shè)有望在東南亞以超出人們想象的速度獲得長足進(jìn)步,成為新的歷史時(shí)期世界范圍和平發(fā)展、合作發(fā)展的成功典范。
[Abstract]:Southeast Asia is the key area and priority of "Belt and Road" construction, and realizing sustainable development is the main goal of the cooperation between China and Southeast Asia. With the joint efforts of China and ASEAN countries, the construction of Belt and Road has achieved many positive results. The politics and society of Southeast Asia are stable and the economy is developing well. The governments of various countries are willing to link their development strategy with the construction of "Belt and Road" effectively. After Trump took office, the US and foreign policies have been adjusted and changed, which provides a relatively good external environment and a rare historical opportunity for the China-ASEAN cooperation and upgrading under the "Belt and Road" initiative. " The construction of Belt and Road "is expected to make great progress in Southeast Asia at a speed beyond people's imagination, and become a successful example of worldwide peaceful development and cooperative development in the new historical period."
