基于GIS的蘭州河口古民居歷史街區(qū)價(jià)值與保護(hù)策略研究

【摘要】:自從“十八大”提出“一帶一路”政策以來,蘭州城市建設(shè)迅速發(fā)展,然而,歷史街區(qū)與建筑卻面臨現(xiàn)實(shí)的困境。當(dāng)前蘭州市相關(guān)部門正在申報(bào)國(guó)家歷史文化名城,因此,歷史街區(qū)與建筑的保護(hù)是城市建設(shè)中必須面對(duì)的問題,F(xiàn)今復(fù)雜性、不確定性和動(dòng)態(tài)性的問題困擾著歷史文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù),大量的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)資料與地理空間信息進(jìn)行科學(xué)的定量分析,難以用傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃手法實(shí)現(xiàn)。鑒于此,本文提出基于GIS的系統(tǒng)解決方案,方案中以文化傳承以及非物質(zhì)文化保護(hù)等兩個(gè)角度為基本框架,吸取先進(jìn)的大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)以及智能化技術(shù)等。將技術(shù)、文化、歷史建筑物等融為一體,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建一個(gè)集監(jiān)管、保護(hù)以及傳承等為一體的系統(tǒng)模型,并檢驗(yàn)其可行性以及有效性;谏鲜鏊悸,形成本文的書寫框架。第一,基于所查閱的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的相關(guān)資料,整理及總結(jié)出GIS歷史街區(qū)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)合相關(guān)分析理論以及思維,找出其存在的問題并從多角度分析其根源,形成系統(tǒng)化解決方案;第二,基于歷史建筑的相關(guān)定義、特征、內(nèi)容以及發(fā)展規(guī)劃等知識(shí),將其應(yīng)用到蘭州市中,構(gòu)建較為規(guī)范的描述體系。再借用GIS的概念、基本功能和發(fā)展應(yīng)用、層次分析法的基本理論、運(yùn)算過程,融合歷史建筑的概念以及GIS的描述體系,由此構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)解決方案中的理論基礎(chǔ),用于指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)解決方案的實(shí)施;第三,基于實(shí)證研究方法,通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交流、查閱文獻(xiàn)以及走訪調(diào)查等多種方式,獲取模型中所需要的數(shù)據(jù)。文中以蘭州河口古居民建筑區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,獲取第二步中的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并將其用于系統(tǒng)解決方案,作為分析與研究的基本資料。構(gòu)造建筑價(jià)值綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,并采用Yaaph(層次分析法)和多因子疊加分析,運(yùn)用Arcgis計(jì)算出街區(qū)內(nèi)建筑價(jià)值的綜合結(jié)果,為之后的歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與規(guī)劃提供,量化、客觀、科學(xué)的參考依據(jù)。再根據(jù)Arcgis繪制出街區(qū)內(nèi)建筑價(jià)值綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,提出對(duì)街區(qū)建筑的保護(hù)與規(guī)劃原則。綜上所述,基于規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原則,融入智能化監(jiān)控技術(shù),對(duì)研究區(qū)域從整體布局、旅游文化、歷史建筑以及交通運(yùn)輸設(shè)施等4個(gè)大的層面展開6個(gè)方向上的設(shè)計(jì)以及布局。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC put forward the policy of "Belt and Road", Lanzhou's urban construction has developed rapidly. However, historical blocks and buildings are facing real difficulties. At present, the relevant departments of Lanzhou are applying for the national historical and cultural city, therefore, the protection of historical blocks and buildings is a problem that must be faced in urban construction. Nowadays, the problems of complexity, uncertainty and dynamics haunt the protection of historical and cultural heritage. A large amount of basic data and geospatial information are analyzed scientifically and quantitatively, which is difficult to be realized by traditional planning techniques. In view of this, this paper proposes a GIS-based system solution, in which cultural heritage and intangible cultural protection are the basic framework, absorbing advanced big data technology, Internet technology and intelligent technology. The technology, culture and historical buildings are integrated into one, and then a system model of supervision, protection and inheritance is constructed, and its feasibility and effectiveness are tested. Based on the above ideas, form the writing framework of this paper. First, based on the domestic and foreign literature and the relevant information in the Internet, the paper summarizes the development of GIS historic blocks at home and abroad. Combined with the relevant analysis theory and thinking, find out its existing problems and analyze its root causes from various angles, form a systematic solution; second, based on the historical architecture related definitions, characteristics, content and development planning and other knowledge, It is applied to Lanzhou City to construct a more standard description system. Then the concept, basic function and application of GIS, the basic theory of AHP, the operation process, the concept of historical architecture and the description system of GIS are used to construct the theoretical foundation of the system solution. It is used to guide the implementation of the system solution. Thirdly, based on the empirical research method, the data needed in the model can be obtained by means of field exchange, literature review and survey. This paper takes the ancient residential building area of Lanzhou Estuary as the research object, obtains the relevant data in the second step, and applies it to the system solution as the basic data for analysis and research. The comprehensive evaluation system of architectural value is constructed, and the comprehensive results of building value in blocks are calculated by using Arcgis and Yaaph-Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and multi-factor superposition analysis, which provide, quantify and objective for the protection and planning of historical blocks. Scientific reference basis. According to the result of comprehensive evaluation of building value in blocks drawn by Arcgis, the principles of protection and planning for block buildings are put forward. To sum up, based on the principle of planning and design, this paper integrates intelligent monitoring technology to design and layout the research area in 6 directions from four aspects: overall layout, tourism culture, historical building and transportation facilities.
