中華文化外譯視域下茶膳的俄譯策略

【摘要】:茶文化深厚博遠(yuǎn),源遠(yuǎn)流長,是中華民族文化的重要組成部分。而以茶入膳,將茶文化融入到飲食文化中,同樣具有悠久的歷史。所以,在"一帶一路"中華文化"走出去"戰(zhàn)略背景下,茶文化和飲食文化的外譯成為推廣和弘揚中華文化的重要途徑之一,同時也是跨文化交際領(lǐng)域的一項重要研究課題。本文擬從中式茶膳的俄譯入手,歸納翻譯策略,構(gòu)建翻譯模式,以點帶面,傳遞中華茶膳中承載的文化信息,借此推動中華傳統(tǒng)文化的外譯和傳播。
[Abstract]:Tea culture is profound and has a long history and is an important part of Chinese culture. Tea meal, tea culture into the food culture, also has a long history. Therefore, under the background of "Belt and Road" Chinese culture "going out", the translation of tea culture and food culture has become one of the important ways to promote and promote Chinese culture, and it is also an important research topic in the field of cross-cultural communication. Starting with the Russian translation of Chinese tea meal, this paper attempts to sum up translation strategies and construct a translation model to convey the cultural information carried in the Chinese tea meal so as to promote the translation and dissemination of Chinese traditional culture.
