【摘要】：為將"兩岸一家親"理念落至實(shí)處,中國大陸在推行"一帶一路"建設(shè)時(shí)愿意為臺灣地區(qū)參與做出"妥善安排"。但蔡英文當(dāng)局出于"經(jīng)濟(jì)脫中"、弱化兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)往來等多項(xiàng)政治考量,對"一帶一路"建設(shè)抱有較高抵觸心理,始終不愿正面參與。未來美日等國有可能利用蔡英文當(dāng)局的這種抵觸心態(tài),在中國大陸"一帶一路"建設(shè)中打"臺灣牌",干擾"一帶一路"建設(shè)的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。蔡英文當(dāng)局還會強(qiáng)化與東南亞、南亞以及澳大利亞、新西蘭等國關(guān)系,以所謂"新南向政策"對"一帶一路"建設(shè)構(gòu)成對沖和競爭關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to put the concept of "one family on both sides of the Taiwan Strait" into practice, China is willing to make "proper arrangements" for Taiwan's participation in the "Belt and Road" construction. However, due to many political considerations, such as "economic withdrawal from China," weakening cross-strait economic and trade exchanges, and other political considerations, Tsai Ing-wen has a high degree of resistance to the "Belt and Road" construction and has always been unwilling to participate in it positively. In the future, countries such as the United States and Japan may take advantage of Tsai Ing-wen 's antagonistic mentality to play the "Taiwan" card in the construction of the "Belt and Road" in China and interfere with the smooth operation of the "Belt and Road" construction. Ms Tsai will also strengthen relations with Southeast Asia, South Asia and Australia and New Zealand to hedge and compete with the so-called "new south policy" for "Belt and Road" construction.
