【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略為地方高校教育國際化發(fā)展帶來新的機遇。在服務(wù)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略中,地方高校有地緣、行業(yè)等優(yōu)勢,但也存在資源短缺、能力有限等劣勢。如何發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢、克服劣勢,順應(yīng)"一帶一路"的國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,地方高校應(yīng)立足實際,將服務(wù)當(dāng)下與謀劃長遠結(jié)合,在共商共建共享的原則下,以人才培養(yǎng)為核心,以行業(yè)和學(xué)科特色為優(yōu)勢,以政府、企業(yè)為依托,以人文交流為載體,實施差異化對外合作策略,促進沿線國家民心相通,推進地方高等教育走出去,驅(qū)動教育國際化全面發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)合作共贏。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" strategy brings new opportunities for the internationalization of education in local colleges and universities. In the strategy of serving "Belt and Road", local colleges and universities have the advantages of geography and industry, but there are also disadvantages such as shortage of resources and limited ability. How to give full play to the advantages, overcome the disadvantages and conform to the national development strategy of "Belt and Road", local colleges and universities should base themselves on the reality, combine the service with the planning in the long run, and take the cultivation of talents as the core under the principle of co-construction and sharing. With industry and discipline characteristics as the advantage, government and enterprises as the support, humanistic exchange as the carrier, the implementation of differentiated foreign cooperation strategy, promote the common feelings of the countries along the line, promote the local higher education to go out, To drive the overall development of education internationalization and achieve win-win cooperation.
