【摘要】：中國人文地理綜合區(qū)劃是以中國自然地理要素的地域分異規(guī)律為基礎(chǔ),充分考慮全國人文要素的地域分異性和相似性,將全國劃分為不同空間層級、相對獨(dú)立完整、并具有有機(jī)聯(lián)系的特色人文地理單元。是一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性、綜合性、前沿性與實(shí)用性的重要工作。通過人文地理綜合區(qū)劃,將突出中國人文地理要素的地域分異性、地方特色性和復(fù)雜多樣性,因地制宜地推動人文地理學(xué)科發(fā)展,為面向國家和地方發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需求推動"一帶一路"建設(shè)、新型城鎮(zhèn)化和生態(tài)文明建設(shè)、為營造重點(diǎn)地區(qū)良好的地緣政治環(huán)境提供基礎(chǔ)性的科學(xué)支撐。本文在吸納已有的各類自然和人文地理區(qū)劃成果的基礎(chǔ)上,按照綜合性、主導(dǎo)性、自然環(huán)境相對一致性、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展相對一致性、地域文化景觀一致性、空間分布連續(xù)性與縣級行政區(qū)劃完整性等原則,以自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口、文化、民族、農(nóng)業(yè)、交通、城鎮(zhèn)化、聚落景觀和行政區(qū)劃10大要素為基礎(chǔ)劃分依據(jù),構(gòu)建中國人文地理綜合區(qū)劃指標(biāo)體系,采用自上而下與自下而上相結(jié)合的區(qū)劃思路和空間聚類分析方法,將中國人文地理劃分為東北人文地理大區(qū)Ⅰ、華北人文地理大區(qū)Ⅱ、華東人文地理大區(qū)Ⅲ、華中人文地理大區(qū)Ⅳ、華南人文地理大區(qū)Ⅴ、西北人文地理大區(qū)Ⅵ、西南人文地理大區(qū)Ⅶ和青藏人文地理大區(qū)Ⅷ共8個人文地理大區(qū)和66個人文地理區(qū)。該區(qū)劃方案填補(bǔ)了中國人文地理沒有綜合區(qū)劃的空白。各個人文地理大區(qū)和各個人文地理區(qū)之間呈現(xiàn)出不同的地形地貌屬性、氣候?qū)傩�、生態(tài)屬性、人口屬性、城鎮(zhèn)化屬性、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展屬性、聚落景觀屬性、地域文化屬性和民族宗教屬性。中國人文地理綜合區(qū)劃方案與已經(jīng)劃出的中國自然地理綜合區(qū)劃、中國經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)劃、中國農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)劃等有較大程度的吻合性,體現(xiàn)出在自然與人文要素雙重作用下的中國人文地理綜合區(qū)劃的地域分異規(guī)律。
