【摘要】："渝新歐"國際鐵路的順利通車,推進(jìn)了中西部地區(qū)繼續(xù)向西開放,為"一帶一路"倡議的順利實(shí)施提供了強(qiáng)有力的支撐。在此背景下評價(jià)"渝新歐"沿線國家國別貿(mào)易效率,為我國更好地選擇貿(mào)易伙伴,鼓勵(lì)我國企業(yè)"走出去"有著重要的理論參考價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。文章從國內(nèi)和國際兩個(gè)視角,建立由1個(gè)一級指標(biāo)、2個(gè)二級指標(biāo)、2個(gè)三級指標(biāo)、9個(gè)四級指標(biāo)、32個(gè)五級指標(biāo)等五個(gè)維度構(gòu)成的"渝新歐"沿線國家國別貿(mào)易效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,選取沿線重點(diǎn)交往國家近十年間各項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),對其國家貿(mào)易效率進(jìn)行綜合分析,并據(jù)此提出中國與相關(guān)國家進(jìn)行經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The smooth opening of the "Chongqing, New Europe" international railway has pushed the central and western regions to continue to open to the west, providing a strong support for the smooth implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Under this background, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the national trade efficiency of the countries along the route of "Chongqing, New Europe", to better choose our trading partners and to encourage our enterprises to "go out". From both domestic and international perspectives, this paper establishes an index system for evaluating the national trade efficiency of the countries along the lines of "Chongqing, New Europe", which consists of five dimensions: one primary index, two secondary indicators, two third-level indicators, nine fourth-grade indicators and 32 five-level indicators. Based on the basic data of the key countries along the route in recent ten years, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the national trade efficiency and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the economic and trade cooperation between China and the relevant countries.
