【摘要】：高等教育國(guó)際化從上世紀(jì)90年代的"國(guó)際教育"模式發(fā)已展成當(dāng)今的"全面國(guó)際化"模式。通過對(duì)廣東省普通高等院校國(guó)際化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和分析得知:高等教育國(guó)際化趨勢(shì)已經(jīng)得到了大部分高校的認(rèn)同,但與"全面國(guó)際化"尚有一定差距,存在國(guó)際化經(jīng)費(fèi)不足、師資國(guó)際化差異明顯、來華留學(xué)學(xué)歷生比例有待提升、課程國(guó)際化差異明顯、科學(xué)研究國(guó)際化水平偏低、引進(jìn)國(guó)際知名大學(xué)來粵辦學(xué)尚未形成氣候、各校閑置協(xié)議浪費(fèi)資源等問題。"十三五"期間,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)高校高等教育國(guó)際化策略的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)通過發(fā)展留學(xué)事業(yè)、提升涉外辦學(xué)水平、加強(qiáng)高端引領(lǐng)、推介優(yōu)秀中國(guó)文化和積極參與"一帶一路"等策略,踐行"全面國(guó)際化"理念、提升廣東高等教育國(guó)際化整體水平。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of higher education from the "International Education" model in the 90s of last century has become a "comprehensive internationalization" model. Through a questionnaire survey and analysis of the current situation of the internationalization of colleges and universities in Guangdong Province, the trend of internationalization of higher education has been recognized by most colleges and universities, but there is still a certain difference from "comprehensive internationalization". There is a shortage of international funds, there are obvious differences in the internationalization of teachers, the proportion of academic students to study in China needs to be improved, the internationalization of the curriculum is distinct, the international level of scientific research is low, and the introduction of the international well-known universities to Guangdong has not yet formed a climate, and the idle resources of various schools are wasting resources. In the "13th Five-Year", we used to draw lessons from higher institutions of higher learning in China. Based on the strategy of internationalization of education, should be through the development of international business, enhance the international management level, strengthen the high-end lead, promote outstanding Chinese culture and actively participate in the "The Belt and Road" strategy, the practice of "comprehensive internationalization" concept, to enhance the overall level of internationalization of higher education in Guangdong.
