【摘要】：采用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法測(cè)算了"一帶一路"沿線21個(gè)樣本國(guó)全要素生產(chǎn)率,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建面板Tobit模型,分析中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資與東道國(guó)技術(shù)進(jìn)步之間的關(guān)系,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:中國(guó)在沿線發(fā)達(dá)樣本國(guó)的直接投資對(duì)東道國(guó)技術(shù)進(jìn)步存在一定正向效應(yīng),中國(guó)資本的進(jìn)入盤活了東道國(guó)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,有效提升了各國(guó)的技術(shù)水平;中國(guó)對(duì)全部21個(gè)樣本國(guó)和發(fā)展中樣本國(guó)的直接投資產(chǎn)生的技術(shù)溢出與各國(guó)研發(fā)投入共同對(duì)各國(guó)技術(shù)進(jìn)步產(chǎn)生了正向效應(yīng)。為增進(jìn)沿線各國(guó)的共同福祉,應(yīng)該對(duì)沿線各國(guó)實(shí)施差異化的對(duì)外投資策略,采取多元化投資方式,與此同時(shí)沿線各國(guó)要加強(qiáng)技術(shù)吸收能力建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The total factor productivity (TFP) of 21 samples along "Belt and Road" is measured by DEA-Malmquist index method. On this basis, the panel Tobit model is constructed to analyze the relationship between China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and the technological progress of the host country. The empirical results show that China's direct investment in the developed sample countries along the route has a positive effect on the technological progress of the host country, and the entry of Chinese capital invigorates the technological innovation ability of the host country and effectively improves the technological level of each country; The technology spillover caused by China's direct investment in all 21 sample countries and developing sample countries together with the R & D investment of each country has a positive effect on the technological progress of all countries. In order to promote the common welfare of the countries along the route, we should implement a differentiated strategy of foreign investment and adopt diversified investment methods. At the same time, the countries along the route should strengthen the construction of the capacity of technology absorption.
