【摘要】：面向"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略對(duì)沿線國(guó)家空間認(rèn)知的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,闡述該戰(zhàn)略的地理科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。結(jié)合對(duì)地觀測(cè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特點(diǎn),總結(jié)"一帶一路"對(duì)地觀測(cè)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域�；仡櫼构膺b感在對(duì)地觀測(cè)中的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),指出夜光遙感在油氣開(kāi)采時(shí)空信息挖掘、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)參數(shù)估算、生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)估、城市化過(guò)程重建等領(lǐng)域具有應(yīng)用潛力。認(rèn)為夜光遙感在服務(wù)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略中具有獨(dú)特作用,契合該戰(zhàn)略的地理科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和對(duì)地觀測(cè)科學(xué)要素,可為"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提供重要的空間信息支持。
[Abstract]:In view of the realistic demand of "Belt and Road" strategy for the spatial cognition of the countries along the route, this paper expounds the geographical scientific connotation of the strategy. Combined with the advantages and characteristics of Earth observation, the application of Belt and Road to Earth observation is summarized. This paper reviews the unique advantages of nocturnal remote sensing in earth observation, and points out that nocturnal remote sensing has potential applications in the fields of space-time information mining, social and economic parameter estimation, ecological environment assessment, urbanization reconstruction and so on. It is considered that the remote sensing of night light plays a unique role in serving Belt and Road's strategy, which accords with the geo-scientific connotation of the strategy and the scientific elements of Earth observation, and can provide important spatial information support for the implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy.
