【摘要】：北極航運(yùn)商業(yè)化在即,日本海沿岸的圖們江是我國前往北極最近的海域,中國應(yīng)整合以圖們江為基地的東北亞絲綢之路,以東北亞絲綢之路為橋頭堡,開發(fā)北極絲綢之路,提前謀劃北太平洋自貿(mào)區(qū),在中俄歷史最佳合作期,盡早徹底解決圖們江出日本海,建設(shè)北極海上絲綢之路問題。
[Abstract]:The commercialization of Arctic shipping is imminent. The Tumen River along the coast of the Sea of Japan is the nearest sea area for China to go to the Arctic. China should integrate the Northeast Asian Silk Road, which is based on the Tumen River, and use the Northeast Asian Silk Road as a bridgehead to develop the Arctic Silk Road. Plan ahead of time the North Pacific Free Trade area, in the best cooperation period in the history of China and Russia, solve the problem of Tumen River out of the Sea of Japan and build the Arctic Sea Silk Road as soon as possible.
