【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為推動澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)適度多元化的一個施政方針,在建設(shè)"一個中心"以及融入國家"一帶一路"倡議的使命中有重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略意義。"3T"理論視角下澳門文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需從人才、技術(shù)和寬容度等三個維度綜合研究。博彩業(yè)增長動力的背后是物質(zhì)資本,而文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)增長動力的背后是人力資本,這一根本性的差異使得澳門文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所依托的人力資本、智力技術(shù)和包容創(chuàng)新的氛圍環(huán)境都會受到博彩業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。因此,可從強(qiáng)化澳門多元文化認(rèn)同出發(fā),以培育創(chuàng)意階層和打造創(chuàng)意城市為目標(biāo),探討澳門文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、產(chǎn)業(yè)定位和產(chǎn)業(yè)思路。相應(yīng)地,思考以技術(shù)先導(dǎo)因素為切入點(diǎn),重新梳理澳門文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);強(qiáng)化寬容度因素,找準(zhǔn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在"一個中心"戰(zhàn)略中的定位和作用;以培育創(chuàng)意階層的目標(biāo)來引領(lǐng)澳門文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的思路體系等路徑。
[Abstract]:Cultural and creative industries are regarded as a policy policy to promote the proper diversification of Macao's economy. The construction of "one center" and the mission of integrating into the national "Belt and Road" initiative have important strategic significance of industrial development. From the perspective of "3T" theory, the development of Macao's cultural and creative industries needs to be comprehensively studied from the three dimensions of talent, technology and tolerance. Behind the growth power of gambling industry is material capital, and behind the growth power of cultural and creative industry is human capital. This fundamental difference makes the development of cultural and creative industry in Macao rely on human capital. Intellectual technology and an atmosphere of inclusive innovation will be affected by the development of the gaming industry. Therefore, from the view of strengthening Macao's multi-cultural identity and aiming at cultivating creative class and building creative city, this paper discusses the industrial layout, industrial orientation and industrial thinking of Macao's cultural and creative industry development. Accordingly, we should think about the industrial layout and industrial structure of Macao's cultural and creative industries through technological leading factors, strengthen the tolerance factor, and find out the orientation and role of cultural and creative industries in the "one center" strategy. To cultivate the creative class to guide the development of cultural and creative industries in Macao, such as the train of thought system.
