“一帶一路”建設(shè)開(kāi)啟新全球化偉大進(jìn)程

【摘要】:"一帶一路"重大倡議提出三年多來(lái),從無(wú)到有、由點(diǎn)及面,形成的共識(shí)、取得的進(jìn)度和成果都大大超出預(yù)期。"一帶一路"已成為全球化的新理念和新載體,其所體現(xiàn)出的實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)和虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)兩大基本經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),萬(wàn)物互聯(lián)的經(jīng)濟(jì)表征,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈、服務(wù)鏈、資金鏈和價(jià)值鏈集成的經(jīng)濟(jì)鏈接,跨國(guó)公司、大數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)、平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)、消費(fèi)者集成的新經(jīng)濟(jì)主體,E國(guó)際貿(mào)易等下一代貿(mào)易方式正在引領(lǐng)全球化的未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。"一帶一路"是我國(guó)新時(shí)期外交發(fā)展理念、思路、策略和布局的一次重大創(chuàng)新和必要調(diào)整,是構(gòu)建新型合作發(fā)展伙伴關(guān)系的有益嘗試。"一帶一路"還將打破我國(guó)過(guò)去以東南沿海為主的單向度開(kāi)放、以國(guó)內(nèi)為主的區(qū)域布局,形成內(nèi)外聯(lián)動(dòng)、海陸統(tǒng)籌和海天一體的新區(qū)域布局。"一帶一路"也是構(gòu)建全球治理新模式的積極探索,它從哲學(xué)和價(jià)值觀的高度提出構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體、責(zé)任共同體和利益共同體,符合更多國(guó)家人民群眾渴望共享發(fā)展機(jī)遇、創(chuàng)造美好家園的憧憬和期待,有利于塑造一套符合人類社會(huì)包容發(fā)展、共享發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的國(guó)際新秩序和新規(guī)則。
[Abstract]:Over the past three years or so since Belt and Road's major initiative was put forward, there has been a consensus formed from point to surface, and the progress and results achieved have been much higher than expected. "Belt and Road has become a new concept and carrier of globalization, which embodies two basic economic forms of real economy and virtual economy, economic representation of interconnection of all things, industrial chain, supply chain, service chain, etc.The next generation of trade modes, such as the integration of capital chains and value chains, multinational corporations, big data systems, platform economy, consumer integrated new economy, international trade, and so on, are leading the future direction of globalization. "Belt and Road is a major innovation and necessary adjustment of the concept, train of thought, strategy and layout of China's diplomatic development in the new period, and is a beneficial attempt to build a new type of cooperative and development partnership.Belt and Road "will also break the unilateral opening of China's southeast coastal areas in the past, and form a new regional layout with internal and external interaction, sea and land coordination and the integration of sea and sky."Belt and Road is also an active probe into the construction of a new model of global governance. From the perspective of philosophy and values, Belt and Road proposes to build a community of human destiny, a community of responsibility and a community of interests, which conforms to the desire of the people of more countries to share opportunities for development.The vision and expectation of creating a beautiful home is conducive to shaping a new international order and new rules that are in line with the inclusive development of human society, shared development and sustainable development.
