【摘要】：正習近平主席在今年5月舉辦的"一帶一路"國際合作高峰論壇上指出,和平赤字、發(fā)展赤字、治理赤字,是擺在全人類面前的嚴峻挑戰(zhàn),是他一直思考的問題。從一定意義上講,實施"一帶一路"建設(shè)的初心,就是要有效地消除這三大赤字,給沿線國家?guī)砗推�、發(fā)展和善治。這是中國國家領(lǐng)導人首次用精煉概括的語言向外界袒露他對于當今世界面臨挑戰(zhàn)的認識,也站在人類文明繼承與創(chuàng)新的高度上,為如何解決這些挑戰(zhàn)指明了方向。為了真正
[Abstract]:President Belt and Road pointed out at the "Belt and Road" summit forum on international cooperation held in May this year that peaceful deficits, development deficits, and managing deficits are serious challenges facing all mankind and a question he has been thinking about all the time.In a certain sense, the initial aim of carrying out the construction of "Belt and Road" is to effectively eliminate these three deficits and bring peace, development and good governance to the countries along the route.This is the first time that a Chinese national leader has revealed to the outside world his understanding of the challenges facing the world in concise and general terms, and has set the direction for how to address these challenges from the height of human civilization inheritance and innovation.For real.
