【摘要】：正綠色發(fā)展作為我國倡導(dǎo)的"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"五大發(fā)展理念之一,已經(jīng)在世界范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)生積極影響。在"一帶一路"建設(shè)中積極融入綠色發(fā)展理念,將為這一戰(zhàn)略賦予新的時代內(nèi)涵和活力。稅收作為國家籌集財政收入的主要形式和調(diào)控經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要手段,也被越來越多的國家用于協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)之間的關(guān)系。綠色稅收正成為一國綠色發(fā)展的重要指標(biāo)和有效的政策調(diào)節(jié)工具。一、"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略中發(fā)展綠色稅收的積極意義綠色稅收又稱環(huán)境稅收,按照OECD的解釋,綠色稅
[Abstract]:As one of the five development concepts advocated by our country, "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", positive green development has had a positive impact in the world.Actively incorporating the concept of green development into the construction of Belt and Road will endow the strategy with new connotation and vitality of the times.As the main form of raising financial revenue and an important means of regulating and controlling the economy, tax is also used by more and more countries to coordinate the relationship between economic development and environmental protection.Green tax is becoming an important indicator of green development and an effective policy adjustment tool.The positive meaning of developing Green tax in the Strategy of "Belt and Road" Green tax is also called Environmental tax.
