【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后,在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、區(qū)域一體化、文化多元化、政治多極化的背景下,依靠軍事力量、經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁等強(qiáng)制性硬實(shí)力達(dá)到外交目的的時(shí)代已經(jīng)過(guò)去,軟實(shí)力已成為世界各主要大國(guó)擴(kuò)大自身影響力、爭(zhēng)奪國(guó)際市場(chǎng)、樹立國(guó)家形象的有力武器。"一帶一路"建設(shè)是中國(guó)倡議的新一輪區(qū)域合作戰(zhàn)略,旨在通過(guò)互聯(lián)互通建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域合作共贏,共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成果,打造中國(guó)與沿線國(guó)家的"命運(yùn)共同體"。但"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家眾多,民族、宗教、文化和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,各種沖突不斷,加上大國(guó)的角逐,使得沿線國(guó)家的利益和意識(shí)形態(tài)糾葛更為尖銳,"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施面臨著較大的"軟阻力"。需在繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)古絲綢之路和平、包容、開放文化的基礎(chǔ)上,用文化的軟力量填補(bǔ)地區(qū)間的鴻溝,賦予"一帶一路"新的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵,為沿線各國(guó)搭建一個(gè)互利共贏的廣闊平臺(tái),使中華文化更好地走向世界舞臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, under the background of economic globalization, regional integration, cultural pluralism and political multipolarization, the era of relying on military force, economic sanctions and other coercive hard power to achieve diplomatic purposes has passed.Soft power has become a powerful weapon for major powers in the world to expand their influence, compete for international markets and establish a national image. "Belt and Road's "construction" is a new round of regional cooperation strategy initiated by China, which aims to achieve win-win regional cooperation through the construction of interconnection, share the fruits of economic development, and build a "community of destiny" between China and the countries along the route.However, there are many countries along the route of "Belt and Road", with complex ethnic, religious, cultural and social structures, conflicts of various kinds, and the rivalry of great powers.As a result, the conflicts between the interests and ideology of the countries along the route are more acute, and the implementation of Belt and Road's strategy is faced with greater "soft resistance".On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the ancient Silk Road peace, tolerance, and open culture, it is necessary to fill the gap between regions with the soft forces of culture, endow "Belt and Road" with a new connotation of the times, and build a broad platform of mutual benefit and win-win for the countries along the route.To make the Chinese culture to the world stage better.
