【摘要】：“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出,給中國與“一帶一路”沿線各國帶來巨大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,也可以更好地促進(jìn)各國不同文明的交流,實(shí)現(xiàn)各國的共贏。吉爾吉斯斯坦在此戰(zhàn)略中占據(jù)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治地位,中吉兩國一直以來保持良好的貿(mào)易往來關(guān)系,為了使中吉兩國更好地把握“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略帶來的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,本文采用了定量分析和文獻(xiàn)研究法相結(jié)合,首先是通過收集近年來大量的數(shù)據(jù),更全面、更深入地分析中吉兩國貿(mào)易往來現(xiàn)狀,然后分析“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略對中吉兩國貿(mào)易的影響,如促進(jìn)兩國貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、促進(jìn)兩國貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的改良完善、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)合作、促進(jìn)能源礦業(yè)合作,推進(jìn)旅游發(fā)展、促進(jìn)中國在吉爾吉斯斯坦的投資等。在深入分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因基礎(chǔ)上提出了對策建議,如加強(qiáng)國家推動力度、加強(qiáng)兩國的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,設(shè)立公共自由貿(mào)易市場、加強(qiáng)技術(shù)合作及優(yōu)化貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、加大投資,促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展、完善與加強(qiáng)疏通口岸物流、加強(qiáng)政治安全、提升雙邊貿(mào)易自由水平等,更好地推動“一帶一路”建設(shè)進(jìn)程,從而促進(jìn)未來中吉兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。本文創(chuàng)新之處在于,站在吉爾吉斯斯坦國家的角度來研究中國“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略對中吉兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和貿(mào)易的影響,結(jié)合《“一帶一路”大數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告(2016)》報(bào)告中的最新數(shù)據(jù),對中吉兩國帶來的影響進(jìn)行細(xì)化研究,并提出對策建議,對兩國的合作和貿(mào)易都具有參考和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" has brought great development opportunities to China and all countries along the road, and it can also promote the exchange of civilizations between different countries and realize the win-win situation of all countries.Kyrgyzstan occupies an important economic and political position in this strategy, and China and Kyrgyzstan have always maintained good trade relations, in order to enable China and Kyrgyzstan to better grasp the development opportunities brought about by the "Belt and Road" strategy,This paper combines quantitative analysis with literature research. First of all, by collecting a large number of data in recent years, we can more comprehensively and deeply analyze the current situation of trade exchanges between China and Kyrgyzstan.Then it analyzes the impact of "Belt and Road" strategy on the trade between China and Kyrgyzstan, such as promoting the continuous expansion of trade between the two countries, promoting the improvement and perfection of the trade structure between the two countries, strengthening cooperation in agriculture and animal husbandry, and promoting cooperation in energy and mining.Promote tourism development and promote Chinese investment in Kyrgyzstan.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthening the national promotion, strengthening the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, setting up a public free trade market, strengthening technical cooperation and optimizing the trade structure, and increasing investment.To promote tourism development, improve and strengthen port logistics, strengthen political security, enhance the level of bilateral trade freedom, and better promote the construction of "Belt and Road", thus promoting the rapid and stable economic development of China and Kyrgyzstan in the future.The innovation of this paper is to study the impact of China's "Belt and Road" strategy on the economic development and trade of the two countries from the perspective of the Kyrgyz state.The detailed study on the impact of China and Kyrgyzstan, and the countermeasures and suggestions, are of reference and significance for the cooperation and trade between the two countries.
