[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the development of "Belt and Road" and other national strategies, the governance of nationalities and border areas is becoming more and more diversified and complicated. Based on this, scholars who pay attention to the governance of nationalities and frontier areas come together, and the research is in the ascendant and fruitful. Professor Zhou Ping is even more effective in the study of ethnic and frontier politics. Ten years ago, he was fruitful. He is a native of Dayao County, Yunnan Province. He was born in 1959. He graduated from Yunnan normal University as a political teacher in 1982.
