【摘要】：廣西經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)薄弱,開放型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平較低。在"一帶一路"建設(shè)的重大歷史機遇下,廣西應(yīng)利用后發(fā)優(yōu)勢,充分借鑒發(fā)達省市發(fā)展開放型經(jīng)濟的經(jīng)驗,實施政府統(tǒng)籌下以區(qū)位優(yōu)勢為依托、"引進來"與"走出去"相結(jié)合、對內(nèi)對外雙向開放協(xié)同發(fā)展的開放型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式。具體通過創(chuàng)新開放體制與機制,培育開放型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的高級要素,加強產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的載體功能建設(shè),主動承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,發(fā)揮"增長極"的帶動作用,推動開放型經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Guangxi has a weak economic base and a low level of open economy. Under the great historical opportunity of the construction of "Belt and Road", Guangxi should make full use of the advantages of latecomer and draw full lessons from the experience of developing an open economy in developed provinces and cities. To implement the open economic development model, which is based on the location advantage, "inducts" and "goes out" under the overall plan of the government, and is open to the outside in both directions, specifically through innovating the open system and mechanism, We should cultivate the advanced elements of the development of open economy, strengthen the construction of the carrier function of the industrial park, take the initiative to undertake the industrial transfer in the eastern region, give play to the driving role of the "growth pole", and promote the development of the open economy.
