【摘要】：中國(guó)自2013年提出“一帶一路”倡議以后,“一帶一路”建設(shè)一直被列為國(guó)家年度經(jīng)濟(jì)工作的主要任務(wù)�！耙粠б宦贰笔俏磥黹L(zhǎng)期的對(duì)外開放總體戰(zhàn)略,目前已經(jīng)進(jìn)入實(shí)施階段。但在實(shí)施過程中遇到了許多風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如何深入推進(jìn)“一帶一路”還處于摸索時(shí)期。“一帶一路”的核心是“五通”,而“五通”的核心是道路互聯(lián)互通,因此基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施互聯(lián)互通是中國(guó)與“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域之一。本文以中國(guó)在“一帶一路”下對(duì)外基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為研究對(duì)象,全文共分三部分六章節(jié)。第一部分是緒論,論述文章的選題背景和意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究綜述,論文結(jié)構(gòu)、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足。第二部分是本文的正文,是文章第二章到第五章的內(nèi)容。正文部分主要內(nèi)容是描述中國(guó)在“一帶一路”下對(duì)外基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資的現(xiàn)狀,用因素分析和案例分析方法研究中國(guó)在沿線國(guó)家投資基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并在這基礎(chǔ)上提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范對(duì)策。第三部分是對(duì)本文研究進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)。本文的創(chuàng)新之處:按照政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律、文化因素下的不同指標(biāo)對(duì)“一帶一路”沿線65個(gè)國(guó)家進(jìn)行分類,再根據(jù)分類來研究基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)情況,從中找出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具體的表現(xiàn)形式,并結(jié)合案例,為中國(guó)今后投資提供建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:Since China put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative in 2013, the construction of "Belt and Road" has been listed as the main task of the country's annual economic work. "Belt and Road" is the long-term overall strategy of opening to the outside world in the future. At present, it has entered the stage of implementation. However, many risks have been encountered in the process of implementation. How to promote "Belt and Road" in depth is still in the groping period. The core of "Belt and Road" is "five links", while the core of "five links" is road interconnection. Therefore, infrastructure connectivity is one of the key areas of economic cooperation between China and the countries along "Belt and Road". The paper is divided into three parts and six chapters. The first part is the introduction, which discusses the background and significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research review, the structure of the paper, the research methods, innovation points and shortcomings. The second part is the text of this paper. It is the content of the second to fifth chapters of the article. The main content of the text is to describe the current situation of China's foreign infrastructure investment under "Belt and Road." This paper uses factor analysis and case analysis to study the risk of China's investment in infrastructure in the countries along the route, and puts forward the countermeasures of risk prevention on this basis. The third part is to sort out and summarize the research in this paper. Different indicators under economic, legal and cultural factors classify 65 countries along "Belt and Road", and then study the risk situation of infrastructure investment according to the classification, and find out the specific manifestation of the risk, and combine the case, To provide constructive advice for future investment in China.
