【摘要】：中國與"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"沿線國家開展農(nóng)業(yè)合作是沿線國家的共同訴求,也是推進"一帶一路"建設(shè)的重要舉措,更是解決中國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展步入新常態(tài)后面臨諸多問題的有效之策。以中國農(nóng)業(yè)步入新常態(tài)后面臨的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為研究背景,在對"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"沿線主要國家農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了中國與"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"沿線國家在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)上存在的互補性,嘗試性地從農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)合作和糧食安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建三個方面提出了中國與"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"沿線國家開展農(nóng)業(yè)合作的有效路徑,并為保證路徑順利實施提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Agricultural cooperation between China and the countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt" is the common demand of the countries along the route, and is also an important measure to promote the construction of "Belt and Road." It is also an effective way to solve the problems that China's agricultural development faces after entering the new normal. The research background is the supply-side structural reform that China's agriculture faces after entering the new normal. On the basis of combing the current situation of agricultural development in the main countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt", this paper analyzes the complementarity between China and the countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt" in agricultural production, and tries to build an agricultural industrial park. This paper puts forward the effective path of agricultural cooperation between China and the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt from three aspects of agricultural production technical cooperation and food security network construction, and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to ensure the smooth implementation of the path.
