【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界有兩個貨幣現(xiàn)象引人注目,一個是歐元危機(jī),另一個是人民幣幣緣政治影響的擴(kuò)大。文章總結(jié)了擴(kuò)大人民幣幣緣政治影響所取得的成效,探討了進(jìn)一步提升的路徑。將人民幣幣緣政治影響的擴(kuò)大總結(jié)為使用范圍擴(kuò)大、跨境貿(mào)易中結(jié)算額增加、與其他貨幣的互換額攀升、可直接交易國家增多、離岸清算中心數(shù)增加、國際地位提升、國際化指數(shù)提高7個方面;提出了進(jìn)一步提升人民幣幣緣政治影響的6點建議:(1)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)我國的綜合實力與國際競爭力,(2)積極開展國際貿(mào)易合作,(3)遵循周邊→區(qū)域→全球的順序有序推進(jìn),(4)以地緣優(yōu)勢共建"一帶一路"倡議,(5)充分發(fā)揮香港、中國(上海)自貿(mào)區(qū)的作用,(6)借力亞投行的平臺,優(yōu)化國際金融格局。
[Abstract]:There are two currency phenomena in the world today: one is the euro crisis, the other is the expansion of the political influence of the RMB currency. This paper discusses the path of further upgrading. The political influence of RMB currency margin is summed up as the expansion of the scope of use, the increase in settlement volume in cross-border trade, the increase in the amount of swaps with other currencies, and the increase in the number of countries that can directly trade.
