【摘要】：自20世紀50年代以來,對外直接投資與對外貿易之間的關系的研究就已成為理論和實證分析的主題之一,許多學者從不同角度,從理論和實證對對外直接投資與貿易的關系進行了廣泛研究,但由于研究樣本及研究方法上的不同,學者們關于對外直接投資與對外貿易間的關系尚未取得一致。歐盟作為最大的發(fā)達經濟體,中國作為最大的發(fā)展中國家,雙邊投資與貿易的發(fā)展,無論對于雙方自身,還是世界經濟的繁榮與發(fā)展都至關重要。目前,中國是歐盟第一大進口來源地和僅次于美國的第二大貿易伙伴和第二大出口市場,歐盟是中國第一大貿易伙伴、第一大出口市場、第二大進口來源地及第四大境外直接投資目的地。隨著經濟全球化和區(qū)域化的不斷加深,中歐雙方互為重要經貿伙伴地位作用日益鞏固。經過改革開放30多年的高速發(fā)展,中國已躍居世界第二大經濟體。在世界經濟乏力、歐元區(qū)尚未擺脫債務危機困擾的大背景下,中歐雙方努力打造“升級版”的中歐關系,不僅符合中歐雙方的共同利益,對世界經濟的走勢也將產生深遠的影響。因此,沿著對外直接投資與對外貿易二者關系的思路出發(fā),準確研判中國對歐盟投資與貿易的現(xiàn)狀及特點,從貿易規(guī)模、國別差異以及貿易結構三個層面考察我國對歐盟的直接投資對母國貿易的影響效應,探討中國對歐盟投資與貿易中可能存在的問題,為中國經濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展及維護良好的中歐貿易關系提供政策參考,全文主要內容包括七章：第一章引言。在闡述研究背景及研究意義的基礎上,綜合了國內外有關對外直接投資與對外貿易關系的文獻,并對這些相關文獻加以述評,然后說明本文的研究思路、主要研究內容、研究方法及創(chuàng)新點與不足。第二章對外直接投資與對外貿易關系的相關理論的引述。本章在回顧傳統(tǒng)國際投資和國際貿易理論的基礎上,將對外直接投資與對外貿易的關系概括為替代、互補與不確定三種,為本文后續(xù)的實證研究建立相應的理論基礎。第三章研判中國對歐盟直接投資與貿易的發(fā)展。本章主要對中國對歐盟直接投資與貿易的發(fā)展歷程進行剖析,基于總量、國別以及產品三個視角,投資與貿易兩個維度,對中國對歐盟投資與貿易的發(fā)展予以闡釋。第四章研究中國對歐盟直接投資對中國對歐盟貿易規(guī)模的影響。本章通過構建貿易引力模型,從進出口總量、出口及進口三個層面對中國對歐盟直接投資對中歐貿易規(guī)模的影響進行實證分析,并對不同影響因素在出口與進口方面的影響進行對比。結果表明,中國對歐盟直接投資,無論在短期,還是長期內對中歐貿易規(guī)模均產生正向的作用,且中國對歐盟直接投資對中歐貿易規(guī)模在長期內的影響要大于在短期內的影響。從短期來看,中國對歐盟直接投資的反向進口效應要大于出口引致效應,而從長期來看,中國對歐盟直接投資的出口創(chuàng)引致效應又大于反向進口效應。第五章研究中國對歐盟直接投資的貿易結構效應。我們通過構建中國對歐盟進出口產品結構的貿易引力模型,將中歐貿易產品劃分為初級產品及工業(yè)制成品兩大類,進一步將工業(yè)制成品分解為資本密集型產品及勞動密集型產品,從出口以及進口兩方面檢驗中國對歐盟直接投資對母國貿易結構的影響效應。結果表明,總體來看,中國對歐盟的直接投資對中歐(盟)間的進出口貿易均具有顯著促進作用的產品類別為勞動密集型產品,且對該類產品在中國對歐盟的出口方面的促進效應大于進口方面；此外,中國對歐盟的直接投資對中國對歐盟資本密集型產品的出口,以及中國自歐盟進口資源密集型產品也具有顯著的促進作用。第六章研究中國對歐盟直接投資的貿易效應的國別差異。本章在前兩章的基礎上,對中國對歐盟直接投資的貿易效應的國別差異進行測度。首先我們對對外直接投資的貿易效應的國別差異的相關文獻進行分析,然后對對外直接投資的貿易效應的國別差異產生的機理進行闡釋,隨后運用面板數(shù)據(jù)建立的貿易引力模型對中國對歐盟直接投資的貿易效應的國別差異進行實證分析,結果表明,從歐盟整體來看,中國對主要歐盟國家的直接投資具有明顯的出口創(chuàng)造效應、進口創(chuàng)造效應及進出口總貿易創(chuàng)造效應,我國對歐盟直接投資的出口創(chuàng)造效應與進口創(chuàng)造效應在不同國家有所差異,中國與歐盟各國原有的貿易聯(lián)系在一定程度上影響中國對歐盟直接投資的貿易效應的國別差異。第七章 全文結論、政策建議及研究展望。本章是對全文的總結,并在此基礎上,探討調整中國對歐盟的直接投資與協(xié)調中歐(盟)投資與貿易的關系,為促進中國對歐盟的直接投資的健康發(fā)展和增強中國與歐盟的相互貿易提出具有可操作性的對策與建議,同時,也對本課題未來的發(fā)展進行展望。通過探討中國對歐盟直接投資對中歐(盟)貿易的影響,我們明顯的感覺到,中國對歐盟直接投資與中國對歐盟貿易的擴大、效應的增強呈正發(fā)展趨勢,這些現(xiàn)象主要體現(xiàn)在貿易規(guī)模、貿易國別及貿易結構三個方面。我們應在“走出去”,特別是“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的指引下,通過調整對歐盟直接投資與貿易政策,增強中國對外投資的效益,進而提升中國對外經濟與文化的軟實力,營造投資與貿易相互促進的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關系,將中歐經貿關系向更高、更深層次推進。
[Abstract]:Since 1950s, research on the relationship between foreign direct investment and foreign trade has become one of the topics of theoretical and empirical analysis, many scholars from different angles, conducted extensive research on the relationship between foreign direct investment and trade from theoretical and empirical research, but due to the sample and research methods of the different scholars relationship on foreign direct investment and foreign trade has not yet been agreed. As the EU's largest developed economies, Chinese as the largest developing country, the development of bilateral trade and investment, both for the parties themselves, or the prosperity and development of the world economy is very important. At present, China is the EU's largest source of imports and second only to the United States largest trading partner and second largest export market, the EU is Chinese's biggest trading partner, the largest export market, the second major import sources and The fourth largest overseas investment destination. Based on expatiating the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign literature on the relationship between foreign direct investment and foreign trade, and review of the relevant literature, and then explain the research ideas of this paper, the main research contents, research methods and innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter quoted the relevant theory of foreign direct investment and foreign trade relations. In this chapter, look back to the foundation of the traditional international investment and international trade theory, the relationship between foreign direct investment and foreign trade summary as an alternative, complementary with three kinds of uncertainty, establish the corresponding theoretical basis for the subsequent empirical research. The third chapter judged Chinese direct investment in the EU and Trade Development Show. We construct the EU import and export trade structure the gravity model China, the Sino EU trade product of primary products and manufactured goods are divided into two categories, the industrial manufactured goods into capital intensive products and labor-intensive products, from the two aspects of export and import inspection China of EU direct investment effect on home country trade structure. The results show that, overall, China of EU the direct investment of central Europe (EU) between the import and export trade has a significant role in promoting the product categories for labor-intensive products, and the China of export products in the EU's promotion effect is greater than imports; in addition, Chinese direct investment in the EU to China exports to the EU capital intensive products, and import from the EU China resource intensive products also have a significant role. The sixth chapter studies China country differences in direct investment in the EU's trade effect this chapter based on the previous two chapters, national differences on trade effect Chinese direct investment in the EU to measure the relevant literature.
