【摘要】：文章構(gòu)建了城市絲路文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,以2015年"一帶一路"沿線15個(gè)城市的橫截面數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,運(yùn)用CFCS算法改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)TOPSIS模型,以評(píng)價(jià)與解析城市絲路文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。結(jié)果表明:首先,與傳統(tǒng)TOPSIS模型相比,CFCS-TOPSIS可實(shí)現(xiàn)模糊指標(biāo)的去模糊化,并降低數(shù)據(jù)信息丟失;其次,泉州、舟山、天津、福州四個(gè)城市的絲路文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排在前四名。絲路文化強(qiáng)度與勢(shì)能指標(biāo)對(duì)城市絲路文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的貢獻(xiàn)比較大,而絲路文化功能與頻度指標(biāo)的貢獻(xiàn)則比較小。
[Abstract]:Based on the cross-section data of 15 cities along "Belt and Road" in 2015, the paper constructs an index system for evaluating the cultural competitiveness of the city's silk road, and uses CFCS algorithm to improve the traditional TOPSIS model. The results show that: firstly, compared with the traditional TOPSIS model, CFCS-TOPSIS can realize the defuzzification of fuzzy index and reduce the loss of data information; secondly, Quanzhou, Zhoushan, Tianjin, Quanzhou, Zhoushan, Tianjin, Quanzhou, Zhoushan, Tianjin, China. The cultural competitiveness of the four cities in Fuzhou ranks in the first four places. The contribution of the cultural intensity and potential energy index of the silk road to the cultural competitiveness of the city silk road is relatively large, while the contribution of the cultural function and frequency index of the silk road is relatively small.
