【摘要】：在“一帶一路”經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)開放后,船舶進(jìn)出口活動(dòng)的數(shù)量和頻次都大大增加,由此帶來許多新的問題也日漸突出,船舶的全面管控和安全監(jiān)管問題亟待解決。因此迫切需要一款多功能的、容易使用、強(qiáng)大的現(xiàn)代船舶數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容是船舶的數(shù)據(jù)的可視化展示和基于船舶數(shù)據(jù)的進(jìn)一步挖掘分析,主要從海洋監(jiān)管部門的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求和技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。業(yè)務(wù)需求方面的研究重點(diǎn)是船舶的全航跡查詢與顯示、區(qū)域監(jiān)控和異常告警,技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方面的研究重點(diǎn)是基于Java的服務(wù)端開發(fā)技術(shù)和基于HTML5的前端渲染和交互技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)主要有以下功能:船舶航行軌跡歷史數(shù)據(jù)回放、實(shí)時(shí)軌跡數(shù)據(jù)查詢、監(jiān)控統(tǒng)計(jì)、挖掘分析、異常告警、全屏顯示或過濾顯示、船舶快速定位、尋找特定船舶等。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)是為我國(guó)海洋監(jiān)管部門提供一款海洋船舶數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),有助于監(jiān)管人員從大量船舶數(shù)據(jù)中提取有用的信息,并進(jìn)行可視化的展示,提高利用數(shù)據(jù)的效率。
[Abstract]:After the opening of the "Belt and Road" economic zone, the number and frequency of ship import and export activities have greatly increased, which has brought about many new problems that have become increasingly prominent. The comprehensive control and safety supervision of ships need to be solved urgently. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a multifunctional, easy-to-use model. The main research contents of this paper are visualization of ship data and further mining and analysis based on ship data. Mainly from the actual business requirements of the marine regulatory department and the technical implementation of two aspects. The business requirements of the research focus on the ship's entire track query and display, regional monitoring and abnormal alarm, The main functions of the system are as follows: ship track history data playback, real-time track data query, monitoring and statistics, and the following functions: ship navigation track history data playback, real-time track data query, monitoring statistics, the system has the following main functions: ship navigation track history data playback, real-time track data query, monitoring and statistics. Mining analysis, abnormal alarm, full-screen display or filtering display, rapid positioning of ships, searching for specific ships, etc. The system designed in this paper is to provide a marine ship data service system for China's marine supervision department. It is helpful for supervisors to extract useful information from a large number of ship data and to visualize the data and improve the efficiency of using the data.
