【摘要】：隨著"一帶一路"倡議進入務實合作階段,中國與印度尼西亞雙邊產能合作呈現(xiàn)出較快發(fā)展的局面。印尼政府出臺了一系列加強本地化的政策,鼓勵國內外企業(yè)在印尼建廠投資擴展產業(yè)鏈,提高出口產品附加值,為印尼創(chuàng)造更多就業(yè)機會,這也為促進中國—印尼之間的產能合作創(chuàng)造了條件。本文在分析印尼產業(yè)政策特點與最新發(fā)展趨勢的基礎上,討論加強中國—印尼產能合作的可行性與適合中國—印尼之間構建價值鏈的產業(yè),認為在農業(yè)、采礦業(yè)、加工業(yè)以及造船業(yè)、信息通訊業(yè)等高新技術產業(yè)領域,可以發(fā)揮我國技術、資金上的優(yōu)勢,使中國特色產能在印尼乃至整個東南亞地區(qū)的發(fā)展進程中發(fā)揮重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the "Belt and Road" initiative entering the stage of pragmatic cooperation, bilateral capacity cooperation between China and Indonesia has developed rapidly. The Indonesian government has issued a series of policies to strengthen localization. Encouraging domestic and foreign enterprises to build factories in Indonesia to expand the industrial chain, increase the added value of export products, and create more employment opportunities for Indonesia, This also creates conditions for promoting capacity cooperation between China and Indonesia. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Indonesia's industrial policy and the latest development trend, To discuss the feasibility of strengthening China-Indonesia production capacity cooperation and the industries suitable for building the value chain between China and Indonesia. It is believed that in the fields of agriculture, mining, processing, shipbuilding, information and communications, and other high-tech industries, It can play an important role in the development process of Indonesia and the whole Southeast Asian region by giving play to the advantages of technology and capital of our country and making the production capacity with Chinese characteristics play an important role.
