【摘要】："一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略是目前中國(guó)的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,在"一帶一路"區(qū)域國(guó)家中,既有中國(guó)、俄羅斯、日本、印度這樣綜合實(shí)力較為雄厚的國(guó)家,但是更多的是綜合實(shí)力較弱的國(guó)家。在該區(qū)域不僅國(guó)家實(shí)力相差懸殊,很多國(guó)家內(nèi)部的發(fā)展程度也不平衡。在這樣一個(gè)國(guó)家眾多、情況復(fù)雜的區(qū)域,推進(jìn)國(guó)際投資便利化,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,需要各國(guó)共同努力構(gòu)建區(qū)域合作的新模式。借鑒相關(guān)協(xié)定的成熟機(jī)制,既是推進(jìn)該區(qū)域投資便利化的合作機(jī)制,也是對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作理論的新探索。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" strategy is the current national strategy of China. Among the regional countries in the region, China, Russia, Japan, and India are countries with relatively strong comprehensive strength. But more are the countries with relatively weak overall strength. In this region, not only does the national strength differ greatly, but also the level of development within many countries is uneven. In such a region with many countries and complex situations, the facilitation of international investment is promoted. The realization of regional economic cooperation requires all countries to make joint efforts to construct a new model of regional cooperation. Drawing on the mature mechanism of relevant agreements, it is not only a cooperative mechanism to promote investment facilitation in the region, but also a new exploration of the theory of regional economic cooperation.
