【摘要】：2013年中國為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大和深化對外開放,全面提高經(jīng)濟(jì)水平,國家主席習(xí)近平同志提出建設(shè)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略,受到了國際社會的廣泛關(guān)注。中國積極主動承擔(dān)大國責(zé)任,帶動世界區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,努力推進(jìn)沿線各國經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化往來,致力縮小沿線國家之間的貧富差距,實(shí)現(xiàn)全民族共同進(jìn)步與發(fā)展。但由于不同國家在政治體制、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和文化發(fā)展等方面呈現(xiàn)多種狀態(tài),在合作中難免會產(chǎn)生摩擦。為此在國際合作中,中國與其他國家需要在相互尊重的基礎(chǔ)之上,在求同存異方針的指導(dǎo)之下,與各參與國共同建立統(tǒng)一、完善的國際法治格局,在法律層面保障"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:In 2013 China to further expand and deepen opening up, improve the economic level, President Xi Jinping proposed the building of "The Belt and Road" strategy, received extensive attention from the international community. Chinese actively undertake the responsibilities and promote regional economic development in the world, to promote economic and cultural exchanges, along the line, narrowing between the countries along the gap between rich and poor, to achieve common progress and development of the whole nation. But because of different countries in the political system, economic development and cultural development has a variety of state, in cooperation will inevitably produce friction. Therefore in international cooperation, Chinese and other countries need to on the basis of mutual respect, under the guidance of the principle of seeking common ground, and the participating countries jointly establish a unified and perfect international law pattern, the legal level of security "The Belt and Road" strategy.
