【摘要】：中國(guó)和平發(fā)展理念的國(guó)際傳播是關(guān)系到中國(guó)國(guó)家形象的重大政治命題。"一帶一路"倡議不僅是中國(guó)政府統(tǒng)籌國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)際大局的重大體現(xiàn),更是中國(guó)和平發(fā)展理念國(guó)際傳播的有效途徑。同時(shí)由于西方傳統(tǒng)國(guó)際關(guān)系理論的影響及其"中國(guó)威脅論"對(duì)中國(guó)的誤讀、美國(guó)的國(guó)家利益的現(xiàn)實(shí)考量、"一帶一路"地區(qū)廣戰(zhàn)線長(zhǎng),還有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位和豐富的能源及國(guó)家、民族、文化、宗教、領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端等多重因素的影響,對(duì)中國(guó)和平發(fā)展理念國(guó)際傳播構(gòu)成巨大挑戰(zhàn)。因此我們必須統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、善用和平話語(yǔ)、以利益協(xié)調(diào)加強(qiáng)互聯(lián)互通、積極開展多種形式的民間交往,多管齊下增強(qiáng)中國(guó)和平發(fā)展理念國(guó)際傳播的效果,通過(guò)"一帶一路"的建設(shè)開創(chuàng)中國(guó)和平發(fā)展理念國(guó)際傳播的新格局。
[Abstract]:The international dissemination of China's concept of peaceful development is a major political proposition related to China's national image. The "Belt and Road" initiative is not only a major embodiment of the Chinese government's overall coordination of the domestic and international situations. It is also an effective way for the international dissemination of China's concept of peaceful development. At the same time, due to the influence of traditional Western theories on international relations and the misreading of China by the "China threat" theory, Considering the reality of the national interests of the United States, the "Belt and Road" region has a long broad front, as well as an important strategic position and rich energy resources, as well as the influence of many factors, such as the nation, nationality, culture, religion, territorial disputes, and so on. This poses a great challenge to the international dissemination of China's concept of peaceful development. Therefore, we must make overall planning, make good use of peace discourse, strengthen connectivity with interest coordination, and actively carry out various forms of people-to-people exchanges. Multi-pronged approach to enhance the international spread of China's concept of peaceful development, through the construction of "Belt and Road" to create a new pattern of international dissemination of China's concept of peaceful development.
