【摘要】：“一帶一路”是中國主導(dǎo)的跨國區(qū)域合作和全球化的新戰(zhàn)略,旨在打破自全球金融危機(GFC)以來出現(xiàn)的逆全球化趨勢。中國“一帶一路”的探索,本質(zhì)上是一個跨國區(qū)域的合作開發(fā)、共同發(fā)展的新模式,它旗幟鮮明地提出了“開發(fā)優(yōu)先”的跨國區(qū)域合作,并倡導(dǎo)以基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施開發(fā)為前導(dǎo),配合金融服務(wù)體系,包括亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投行、絲路基金、金磚銀行和上合開發(fā)銀行等,以及國內(nèi)的政策銀行,進行跨國區(qū)域“開發(fā)優(yōu)先”的合作模式。中國“一帶一路”的實踐打破了逆全球化的窘境,中國通過自我完善將更好地推動跨國區(qū)域一體化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road is a new strategy of transnational regional cooperation and globalization led by China, aiming to break the trend of reverse globalization since the global financial crisis. In essence, it is a new model for the cooperative development and common development of a transnational region. It clearly puts forward the "development priority" transnational regional cooperation, and advocates infrastructure development as the leading factor in cooperation with the financial services system. Including Asian infrastructure investment banks, the Silk Road Fund, the BRICS and the Shanghai Development Bank, as well as domestic policy banks, The practice of China's "Belt and Road" has broken the dilemma of anti-globalization, and China will better promote the development of transnational regional integration through self-improvement.
